Our Process

Step 1: Browse Our Available Pets

You can start your adoption journey by exploring our website or visiting us in person.

Step 2: Meet Your Potential Pet

Once you’ve found a pet you’re interested in:

Arrange a meet-and-greet at our adoption centre
Spend time interacting with them to see if you connect
Ask questions about their behaviour, health, and history

Step 3: Adoption Application

If you decide you’ve met “the one”:

Fill out a quick adoption application form
Provide details about your home, experience, and daily routine
This helps us ensure the best match between pet and family

Step 4: Health and Care Inclusions

All adopted pets from Pets Playground come with:

Vet check before adoption
Free vet consult within 7 days of adoption
1 month’s free pet insurance
Up-to-date vaccinations (where applicable)
Microchipping (for dogs and cats)

Step 5: Finalising the Adoption

Once your application is approved:

Pay the adoption fee (this helps cover the cost of care)
Receive your adoption paperwork and pet’s health records
Take home your new family member!

Step 6: Post-Adoption Support

We’re here for you even after you leave.
